These activities are performed by the Lawyers’ Office PROKURA Limited Partnership which specializing in meeting the requirements following from collection processes. Transmission of any data between P.R.E.S.C.O and the Lawyers’ Office is instant thanks to complete synchronization of the operational systems.

Within the scope of the service P.R.E.S.C.O.:
- monitors the proceedings at Public Courts and collection processes carried out by 515 bailiff districts,

- aiming at Customer’s cost reduction and based on their approval designates for further proceeding only cases where high probability of collecting the receivables exists, putting special emphasis on preventing the debtor from avoiding consequences of not settling the payment,

- based on collected information prepares and presents motions to the executive bodies coordinating their proper realization,

- remains in contact with debtor at every point of the court and execution proceedings offering them opportunity to bear lower costs of the proceedings in return for advancing the debt,
