TEKOM 1700 is a complete system for temperature and/or humidity measurement as well as data storage. System complies with legal provisions concerning food storage.
TEKOM 1700 collects data from temperature and/or humidity sensors. This data is transmitted to supervising computer through serial connection port RS-232C. The temperature and/or humidity data from all measurement points is collected and values are displayed on the screen. Each of the sensors is set up separately and has its own minimal and maximal alert value defined.
TEKOM 1700 enables easy and intuitional browsing through data presented in tables or charts. System records temperature at all places (points) and phases of meat manufacturing process. It makes it possible to measure temperature of different elements parallel.
TEKOM 1700 cooperates with terminal RT4, a device used to manual data entering. This co-operation enables to enter: the type of product, trolley number, shift and authorisation number. TEKOM 1700 is adjusted to data buffer in case of power cut or computer switch off. System generates alerts signals which can also be forwarded to the user by SMS.
