Reserve 2003
The reserve is used with three grapes produced from their own vineyards. Black jacket, Cabernet Sauvignon and Callet. The most is fermented at 20 degrees stored in 12 days.
The rearing is 2 years in American oak barrels and 1 year in a cask-Rotella.
In your glass is an authentic majorcan wine.
