ritex is a durable & excellent elasticity recovery fiber made by special
polymer & draw –textured yarn technology, combined with special weaving & finishing technology. the fabrics will express excellent elasticity.

applications:
. sport wears, rhythm wears, casual wears, suit.
. lining for high class garments.
. moss and suede fabrics by combining with microfibers.

specification of ritex yarn :
50d. 75d. 100d. 150d.

note:
1/ if the denier is more higher and its elasticity will more less/weak.
for example: 50d, 75d, its elasticity is more better than 100d or 150d.
the same denier but filament is higher and elasticity will be less/weak.
for example:75d/36f is more better elasticity than 75d/72f.

2/ ritex can not be yarn dyed but to recommend to piece dyed.

3/ ritex can be used in warp and weft no sizing.

4/ normal gray fabrics dyeing shrink 17% but ritex made of fabrics shrink
between 25-30%. using more wider weaving loom.

5/ fabrics pattern design must left space to shrink.

6/ dyeing process do not use high wind to blow on one side direction.
the wet fabrics do not pull by forced.
setting do not pull by forced to much..
