The system aims at eliminating mistakes during the sale and eliminating losses connected with the process. It supervises and archives cashiers' work. It enables detecting anomalies such as e.g. carrying goods through the cash desk without purchasing them, recording goods as different than the purchased ones e.g. a screwdriver instead of a drilling machine.

Another advantage of the system is that it undertakes the role of security guards who are not always able to notice such situations and sometimes even take part in frauds.

The application enables the view of a live video picture from the cash desk along with the position of the products registered on a receipt by the cashier and records this data along with the video picture on a server. The video picture from the cash desk is recorded whether there is a transaction or not depending on the movement in the frame of the camera.

The application assures permanent supervision of the cash desks as to how the goods are handled by the cashier and immediate reaction to any anomalies. The system records a video picture, time and date of the transaction, list and number of goods, unit cost, total transaction price and the type of transaction. The system enables setting alarms (notifying if a programmed event occurs) in relation to: cancelling a transaction line, cancelling the whole transaction, giving discounts, payment by cheque, credit card etc.

AAn archive record can be set up for a specified, definite time e.g. 3 months. Reviewing the files does not interfere with the system’s work. The system simultaneously records and enables live preview and reviewing of files. The server can work with up to 5 "Search" modules.
