Xanthan gum is widely used as rheology control agent in aqueous systems and as a stabilizer for emulsions and suspensions particularly in food industry. F80 is normal powder Xanthan gum produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris. Suitable for use in food and
food preparations as a stabilizer, thickener or emulsifier.
