- JMC incorporated in 1983 as JOSÉ MANUEL & CIRIACO, IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO, Lda.(portuguese and brasilien capitals) Dealing with import/ export of several products to Europe and Africa countries


- In 1996 it changed as a corporate finance services company under JOSÉ MANUEL CONCEIÇÃO company name. It gets the representation of an UK financial group of companies


- 1997/98 it starts the real estate activities adding to the financial facilities it results on several real estate projects sucessful.



- 1999 act on the off-shore incorporating in cooperation with other specialized companies.


- 2000 it gets representation of Germany waste treatment equipment.
Once again adding to the financial activity resulting excellent projects on a turn-key basis.


- 2001 it gets the representation of exploration of slot machines to a specific area in Portugal.
In same year sigh an agreement with a Brazilian Bank to finance investment projects in Brazil.


- 2002 add all activities in one place



-2004, JMC was appointed as sole agent representative for Portugal of
McBank which is a dutch commercial bank.



-2005, Appointed as sole representative agent for Portugal of CAPITAL ASSET, UK trading of metals and currencies.
