For over 113 years, the Rago family has been growing and selling a wide variety of fresh produce. Our main products are Wild Rocket, baby leaf products and ready to eat packaged salads.

We are committed to offering the freshest quality products at competitive prices. We have a proud,strong history, but more importantly, we have ambitious goals and plans for the future as a innovative and creative company.

We grow what we sell on over 150 hectares of land. 98% of our crops are grown under plastic tunnels guaranteeing a constant vibrant growing environment.

All our crops are irrigated with fresh mineral water drawn from a deep underground lake below our farm. In addition to giving the healthy benefit of products grown with fresh mineral water, because of the size of the water mass, we do not have to depend on municipal water supply and are less prone to be effected by natural drought.

In the areas which are not ICEA certified biological zones, we use integrated methods to fight plant infestation.

Packaging options are available in many stylesincluding various sizes and shapes of trays and bags (including a new rectangular, self supporting bag).

We are happy to package our products with your private label or deliver it in bulk, washed or unwashed.

Rago has many certifications including EUREP GAP Ver. 2000 certification (for our farming processes from the preparation of the ground to the cutting of the products.) We also have SGS ISO 9001, SINCERT and ICEA certifacation on our new line of biological products.

We are constantly striving to be a leader in our industry. We invest in ourselves and have state of the art packaging equipment. We just recently installed two new lines of fully automated cutting, washing and packaging equipment.
