Name and the Basics
The Organization SHOHOJOGITA is a Bangla word which means to help each other. The principal vision is to change the fate of the rural widowed, divorced and helpless women and men by creating employment for themselves. The inspiration and concept basically came from the feelings of love and to support the poor people.

Vision of the Organization
SHOHOJOGITA envisions, "A society for poverty wipe-out and to empower the women through skilled employment creation."

Mission Statement of the Organization
SHOHOJOGITA is absolutely a non-profitable and non-government voluntary organization, which dreams are promoting and grouping the underprivileged, sincere women and native people, by imparting them skill training, to support them raised their economic, leadership development, be aware of human rights, feelings and love for each other and make competent.

Mangement and the Policies of the Organization
SHOHOJOGITA consists of 33 honorable members who are responsible for formulating the overall policy and supervise the plan activities of the organization. The General Body (GB) elects the Executive Committee (EC) of the organization. The EC is responsible and accountable to execute overall policies. The Director is the member-secretary of EC and main responsible for overall implementation of the policies and activities of the organization. The major policymakers are youths, house-wife and dedicated social workers.
