Baguette (French bread) moulding machine is useful for rolling dough pieces up to 700 mm. length. This length can be adjusted to the desired value by means of the knobs. The dough pieces are dropped in between rollers where the dough is flattened first and rolled in to a cylindirical shape. Rollers are made of polyethylene. Maximum moulding capacity (for 400 gr dough pieces) is 1500 pieces per hour. Production range changes from 100 gr., and 1200 gr.
