We are supplier of tool steel and semi-finished products for:

- die and mould makers (mould steel, hot working steel, "St" grades ..)
- cutting and pressing tool makers (cold work steel, special steels, "St" grades ..)


Our product range:

Normalie
Tables with milled perimeter (toleration ± 0,1 mm), grinding base and opposite side (toleration ± 0,05 mm). The toleration can be modified according to the customer´s demand.

Milled tables
Shook are angular on the mills in toleration of -0,0 +0,2 mm, roughness Ra=6,3 µm. The toleration and surface can be adjusted individually. Matter of course is that all tolls are without frays and they are deburred.

Shook
Tables cut from blocks (toleration -0/+ toleration according to the order), broadly cut, raw side stays the same only if a customer agrees.

Free forging
We also sell free forgings, that are stored in our place or we are able to produce them. Blocks are with raw metal-tipped or scrubbed (Ra=max. 0,8 µm) surface. Required sizes with addition are presented in ČSN. It is also possible to cut the frontal sides.

Division and rough-work of external material
We also work on the delivered material. We are experienced not only in dividing of noble steel, but also in non-iron metals, alloys, silon and different profiles or piping. We are able to cut the material very precisely (also the rough-worked parts).
